Detroit Property Management Company stole my rental payments
I hired Premier Properties Detroit, LLC (owner is Olivia Davis) to manage my property. The property management company collected two months worth of rental payments from my tenant and has refused to turn over the payments. I terminated the company, but the company is irresponsive to my requests to send me the rent payments. This is a nightmare. I'm looking for advice about how to successfully get my money back from the property management company? So far, I'm pursuing a complaint with the state licensing and looking to file a criminal complaint.
