How should I introduce myself as the new Landlord to the tenants, in which I have a busy schedule and I live far from the property?

Did you talk/meet the tenants before you purchased the property? When are their leases over?

Some of the tenants are on month to month and some are about to expire in couple of months. Yes I have met some of them when I did the inspection. I have a property manager that is sending a letter to them let them know they are the new manager of the building. Should I still send out a letter?
