Eviction for tenant living in property owned by trust

Evicting tenant and property is owned in a trust, for example "Jane Doe Revocable Trust," Jane Doe is the owner. Do I use "Jane Doe" as plaintiff or "Jane Doe Revocable Trust."

List The trustee as the plaintiff . It Wouldn’t make sense for beneficiaries filing suit . The trustee handles the responsibilities and directs the trust for the beneficiary..so whoever is listed in the trust agreement as the trustee should be filing suit
