Would renovating a pre 1978 owner occupied house, fall under EPA lead RRP rules?
ie, Would the owner still need the contractor to be RRP certified?
thanks

If YOU are working on your own residence, you don't need to follow the RRP rules. If someone else is working on your house, or if you are working on any house that you don't live in, you need to follow the rules.
