Drug use Lease violation
I've spoken to my tenants several times about the use of smoking and Vape products and marijuana products. They're breaking contract and do not seem to care whatsoever to change their ways. It is gotten to the point where my downstairs tenants are looking to move out now. Does anyone know how lenient the system is towards eviction when there is drug use involved. I want to take care of the problem ASAP but afraid that it may drag out months.

It ranges from you can have them out in a week without needing a lawyer to even with a lawyer, you may never get them out.
