Reputable General Contractor Needed In Baltimore MD, ASAP

Looking for A great communicating general contractor with time tomorrow (02/23/20) to check out two homes in the east Baltimore area.  Some of the properties myself and my partner are looking to acquire are sometimes under a strict deadline due to state laws and dealings with “Vacant to Value” homes as well as IRS Opportunity Zone initiatives.  So sticking to the agreed timeline and consistent communication is imperative.
