Looking for sellers disclosure form. I like to sell property as is in existing condition so that as a seller i will not be responsible for any kind of issues or repairs on property i am selling afterwards after closing in future. Any sample sellers disclosure form that i can use which you can share?  Please advise. Thanks in advance
