Appliances for rentals

Melissa T.
Posted

Hi,

We own about 27 different properties and have yet to figure out a good solution regarding appliances. What does everyone use? Which store? Used/new? Warranty? Input is appreciated! We supply everyone with a stove and refrigerator minimum. Some of the higher-end properties have dish washers. Input is appreciated!

Thanks!

Get new--perhaps there is a scratch/dent outlet near you.  We tried used appliances before, but that dog just don't hunt.  No real warranty (maybe 30--60 days).

Big box stores are good, sometimes Lowes has an in-store special, but you have to be there to find it.  I've even seen Amazon selling kitchen 'suites' with stove, refrig, d/w, etc.  Shop around.
