I Need help / Evection have stop in Denver

I need your help , I inherated bad tenants  and started the eviction process to get them out, but with the Covid-19 all courts have been push out till May !! I need them out! to rehab the unit and get renters. Is there anything I can do ?

Absent a court order, I would try 'cash for keys.' If that doesn't work, you are stuck. In CA, several cities have placed a prohibition on all evictions.
