Seeking appliance recommendations

Josh Culling
Posted

We own several single family homes in a lower-middle class market. We market our homes at the top of this particular market - new flooring, nice finishings in the kitchen and bathroom, A/C when possible, and new appliances.

Question: does anyone have a recommendation for affordable but reliable appliances (stainless steel refrigerator and stove, washer and dryer)?

We've had a terrible run over the last 5 years with Samsung. Washing machines (2) (lost the clutch & main pump <1yr old), fridges (2) one had 3 new boards installed until we gave up & sold it, stoves (control wiring faulty & one ceramic top cracked by itself) & dishwashers (entire pump mechanism failed < 1 yr old). Lucky for us we had extended warranties NEVER AGAIN. Back to Bosch & hope that's still a good product.
