Swing sets? Trampolines? Ideas for Covid?

Hello,

We told our tenants they could not bring a trampoline to our property when they moved in and so they sold off their trampoline. Now their children are self isolating and I would like to see if you have any recommendations of what they can get for their kids that would not increase our liability. We are feeling conflicted. These times are very challenging. We would like to help our tenants get through this. Thank you for your ideas and input.

You did the right thing by not allowing them to get a trampoline. As for their children's level of entertainment in the home right now, it has nothing to do with you. As a rule of thumb you should never involve yourself in your tenant's personal lives.
