Investment/Commercial Mortgage Forbearances during Covid-19

Does anyone have a apartment complex with a commercial loan? I have a 5-unit with a commercial loan, and I've asked my bank for a P&I 90 day mortgage forbearance. The best they are willing to do is a 3 month interest-only extension.

Can commercial lenders still legally foreclose on Landlords who do not make their mortgage payments for the next 90 days, or does this law only apply to residential mortgages and homeowners?
