Amidst this COVID I’m trying to assess how many people have rentals active on the market and whether you’re seeing a drastic decrease in rental interest/applications. I have a bank accepted foreclosure. After rehab, which I estimate will take about month and hit the market in June. It’s my first rental I plan to actively market to section 8. Property is located in a C+/B neighborhood. That said let me know if you’re seeing a drastic decrease in rental interest.
In my area the rental market is still strong. There has not been much of a difference. Time will tell if this shutdown continues what will happen.
At this point in time I am giving preference to someone who has a job in "essential services" . With the stay on evictions I am not in a hurry to rent a place . I have up for rent word of mouth .
