22 years old, where to begin?
I’m a 22 year old college student, and my mind is set that I want to begin investing in real estate. I have no experience with the actual business and have no idea where to begin. I’ve considered trying to get my realtors license and work as a realtor for the company I currently rent from for school to get some experience under my belt and some cash to put aside for my first investment. My idea is to initially start with house hacking with a duplex or small apartment building with maybe 4 units. Is this a mistake to take the first step with that size investment or do I have the right idea?
