Renting home to a company.

Hi Everyone, first post here. I am getting ready to rent out my first property. I have been on this website for awhile. I have bought and read many of Brandon's books and thought I was ready. The very first prospect threw me for a loop. I have a business that wants to rent my home to house workers. Anyone know of a good lease agreement template for this situation? I planned to use Brandon's because we are from Washington too and it worked out well for us. Those are for individuals, is it good for companies too?
