Eviction in Akron Ohio

Good morning everyone! I'm a landlord who lives in Michigan and owns a rental in Akron Ohio. Our former tenant referred this current tenant to us. So we don't have this tenant's information and we don't have a lease. This tenant is always a pain. She hasn't paid since March and we believe she is trying to scam us. Can we evict her during the pandemic? This is not federal assisted rental. Any help will be appreciated.
