New York State Eviction Memoritorium Until Aug 20

New York never seizes to surprise me lately with extreme rent laws. Do other people think the eviction memoritorium until Aug 20 is extreme especially with no Landlord relief? I know Seattle is worse. Do you think Governor Cuomo will extend the memoritorium again after Aug 20? How are you approaching this with your tenants in New York State?
