Augusta, GA Investment Properties - Section 8
Hello All!
I am looking at expanding my investment property portfolio to the Augusta area. I specialize in renting to Section 8 tenants. Can anyone advise me on the approved rental rates for 3 and 4 bedroom by the Augusta Housing Authority? Additionally, I would appreciate any perspective on which areas and/or zip codes to avoid. I want to make sure any homes I buy are in relatively safe areas. Thanks so much!
