Ok, I have an issue. Im trying to get a Landlord out of the way and place myself in the middle " Sandwich LO", but the landlord already has a tenant in the house. The tenant is telling me that the landlord was suppose to be applying there monthly payments to the purchase of the house but hasnt and is now trying to sell the house. Is there anything that I can do from the "investor" position?
