BambooInsurance landlord policy reviews/feedback

Friends,

Does any one has any experience with BambooInsurance.com for landlord insurance policy. Their premiums are great but what about their insurance claim settlement experience. These policies are underwritten by Catlin Insurance Company, Inc.

IF you are currently using any other landlord insurance agency which you are happy with , please let me know
