Buying property FHA w/ Tenant till end of 2020

Hello Everyone,

I would like your advice on this.

I am looking to buy a property using FHA, but there is a tenant in place till the end of 2020.

The question is: when the property changes ownership do I have to allow the tenant to stay? Is there a way to break the lease and have them leave?
