Is it common for SFH tenants to put up above ground pools? They keep popping up this summer! What do you do when it's a good tenant?

Tell them to remove the pool, too much liability for you and your insurance will not likely cover it unless you tell them and then they will raise your premiums. I don't allow trampolines either, same issue.
