As landlords, we often face or worry our next new tenant is a squatter or how reliableis our next tenant. I am wondering are there any sites, that specifically to check the histories of a renter. For example, I entered his/her driver's license, the site can generate a report showing whether he/she been evicted, whether ontime or late on payments, damaged the property when he/she moved out, etc...
