Smart Home Hardware- Long Term Rental

Does anyone have experience or recommendations with using smart home tech for longterm tenants (12-month lease)?  I have a yale lock, Nest thermostat, smart irrigation, and home security system. If I want to rent this property out should I transfer the accounts, or remove the hardware and take it with me?
