Know any online marketing companies

I’ve done a bit of direct mail marketing looking for properties to buy with some good success.
I was hoping to go a bit more technical and utilize Facebook ads and AdWords to get even further reach.
Are there any recommended companies out there that can help tailor solutions. I heard Adaptly was great, but I understand it has been sold.
any help would be appreciated.
Ryan

We've recommended @Aaron Cote in the past for folks looking to generate leads for distressed properties.

Keep in mind, that a lot of these services including SEO only help get eyes on what you're trying to do, and don’t necessarily mean a sale. I think a lot of people misunderstand what the services do. At the end of the day converting is still on you and your website.
