For the first time since the pandemic, June rent collections in 2020 are equal to June rent collections in 2019

This is definitely a bright sign for all investors, and hopefully a second wave does not set us back in the future

That is indeed wonderful! There are so many conflicting reports. Yesterday there was a supposedly credible report that only 70% had 'paid housing' whatever that means? The point of the article seemed to be the millions of supposedly upcoming evictions. This of course will scare the pants off the politicians and they will order yet another extension, or pressure to pass the Hero's Act-which won't pass. Lots of fake news!
