Can I live in FL yet own a GA property management service ?

We live in Florida.

We own property in Georgia that we rent as Short Term Rentals.

We are considering staring a rental management company.  We understand that we'd need to be "licensed" in georgia to do this as a real estate broker.  Can we do that if we are not a GA resident ?

Interested in others who may have done similar ventures.
