Figuring out your exact amount of expenses

How’s everyone doing today, wondering how exactly you find the phone number’s of local real estate owners in the area. You do this to figure out what operating expenses look like in that area by asking these owners who have been in the area for quite some time.

1. Whitepages.com

2. That is a creative way of going about figuring out expenses.

I have never approached it this way though... IF I wasn't an Agent and I had to get expense information for a specific area, I would call a few local agents and see if they would be willing to send me MLS sheets of sold properties over the last 6 months that displayed expenses (most MLS services allow you to enter expenses)

Most Agents are willing to share information with you as long as you use them for purchases.  Finding a strong Agent can turbo charge your business - I have 4 outside brokers that we use & they account for a large part of our purchases.

I hope this helps Chris!!!
