What constitutes as property damage?
I have tenant I gave 27 days eviction notice though text informally. They have put in a new dead bolt I will need to take out and repair the door and wall. They put screws and hooks in my wall as well as damages to the wall from cats that are minor, but need repair. They want to petition the court to fine me, when they have a new lease in another place. We have a possible verbal agreement and they are only renting part of the home as possible roommates technically.
