Helping build Tenant's credit?

Hontai Sun
Posted

I have a tenant that has reached out to me to help him sign something that confirms to the bureau that he has been paying his rent on time which will supposedly help build him credit and it is suppose to come as an email with a link. I wanted to ask other property managers if they have heard or aware of this and what their thoughts are about this circumstance? My concern is that I don't want to open something that can potentially harm me.
