Buying a new 3 unit apartment with no tenants. 1st time buyer.

So this is my 1st time purchasing a 3 unit apartment. It was developed this year and I went to see it and had a good vibe and liked it. Any advice for 1st timers ? How to get tenants? Pros and cons? I’m 27 and looking to start off on this thanks
