I'm purchasing a small apartment building (11 units) in Cincinnati, and I'm researching property management companies in the area. I'm from Seattle so self-managing is out of the question. Have any of you had good experiences with PMs in Cincinnati? Or bad ones; that input could be just as helpful. Thanks!
