Hi guys! I'm looking to buy a triplex here in Ohio and use it to house hack. My concern is that the units are currently occupied. I'm wondering about specifics on what I'm able to do about the tenants since I'll be getting an FHA loan and will be required to live in the house for a year. Am I able to end a lease early for this reason? Thanks for the help!

Tha's great! How is the condition of the property? I tried to house-hack a 4-unit and it didn't pass the FHA inspection. I would check out this link to see if it will pass an FHA inspection. If not, I would look into the home possible loan @Sara Bell!
