Showing rental units

So I recently bought my first duplex. I’ve posted the other unit on Zillow and FB marketplace. I’ve had 100+ inquiries in a week. I also work full time so I have ice done showings on weekends. I’m at the point where I forget who is who after I receive the application back. What am I doing wrong? How should I first remember the applicants? Next time I should write a description of each; now I know. Also, how do I do some more prescreening before a showing? Thank you for any advice!

@Jake Arnold raise your price if you have 100+ inquiries 😉
