What precautions am I responsible for a pool in my STR

We just bought our first STR in Daytona Beach Shores. It is a great single family with a nice pool. The yard is fenced, but there are 4 separate doors that lead to the back yard. We are currently updating the AC and furnishings. My question is what liabilities do we have for the pool? Does an alarm help, or make liable if it somehow fails? I'm not worried about people trespassing, I'm worried about renters.
