Do you require your tenants to cut their own grass?

I recently bought a duplex. The previous owner was cutting the grass for one tenant and had the other tenant cut their own grass. The tenant that was getting their grass cut by the owner is constantly complaining about it being a bad job. What would you do?

Like most others mentioned, I suggest cutting the grass for your tenants instead of having them do it. Most tenants are very lazy and they won't do a good job of maintaining it.
