RentRedi vs Avail Landlord tools

Good afternoon,

I have used Avail for my first year as a landlord and just recently became a BiggerPocketsPro member. Noticing that BiggerPockets provides a discount for RentRedi makes me wonder if it would be worth the switch. Anyone having experience with any medium such as these willing to give opinions/tips to a newbie?
