Hey guys, my daughter is buying her first property. She will be living in the property. She wants a roomate. Question is are there any issues with having the roomate sign a lease agreement? Thank you.

She should absolutely have her roommate sign a lease. Have her tell the roommate it is to level set expectations for both of them. Nobody thinks they need a lease until things go wrong, then it is too late.
