What has been your experience in buy and hold real estate investing in Sequin or Victoria Texas. If you have any experience in those cities. I know both cities have strong economies and jobs.

Hi Jason,

Things have not gone well for us, unfortunately! We had a request for a short term furnished rental so I am currently furnishing the unit out and we are pivoting to an Airbnb / short-term rental situation.

Our college crowd is a little different. The schools are not very big and it seems like most of the students are from Victoria and live with their families. I looked at a lot of properties over by the colleges too and there were some good deals!

I definitely think a 3 bedroom would do much better than a 2 here, as most of the people who looked at my place were in their 20-30s with kids. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help in any way.

Brittany
