Wear and tear - Is dirty walls are considered as wear and tear
Hi,
House was freshly painted before tenant moved in, Is dirty walls at the move out/ scratches considered as wear and tear? If walls are in a condition of a need to be repainted, can landlord deduct this expense from the security deposit?
