Hi Guys, We have 101 units and need a good all inclusive online CRM we can bring our team into... Ive tried several but can't find a suitable one for property management or at least accommodates us well.

I heard a lot of good things about lead simple. It is specifically made for property managers. I haven't tried it myself.

Sorry for late reply guys, so our properties range from 10 to 48 units per property. Each property has a full time live in caretaker who looks after the property(they drive up our staff compliment). In the office i have my PA, driver & Building manager(maintenance)... Two additional questions for you...1. Do you have an online payment solution to collect rent? 2.Do you have a digital signature online solution to stop signing physical leases?

99 units with 11 people?????? I have a team of 8 in two different towns managing over 400 rentals. Two of those people are working part-time (leasing agent and bookkeeper). You'll have to give us more detail because this isn't making sense.

We use Appfolio and have a similar amount of doors. You can't possibly have a team of 11 people. Who does that comprise of?

We manage 99 units with a team of 11... Tasks, maintenance, project management etc is a headache with just e mail
