Hi All,

New to short term rental and have a question. To evaluate and to look at the historic vacation rental rate for property, what is the best data source?

Is there a way to pull historical rental data from Airbnb or Virbo? Assuming property was active on Airbnb.

Appreciate any help or thoughts.
