Current Rent Control
Hello Everyone,
I am new to bigger pockets, and my husband and I are new landlords. I just had a question about rent control in my area, as we look to raise our rents to current market value. We are owner occupying our 4 Plex multifamily property, here in El Centro, California. what is a legit, trusted site where we can find out if our property falls under a rent controlled property.
