Home owners insurance

I'm pretty sure I'm out of luck on this one, but anyone know anything before I hear back on Monday regarding homeowners insurance? It appears my agent never included landlord insurance on my second home. We had a sump pump backup in basement while seasonal tenants are living there. Am I SOL?
