New Flooring Request from Tenants
A reliable tenant in one of the units I manage asked for new flooring to accommodate one of their kids with asthma. They offered to pay for the flooring to prevent rent from going up.
Do any of you have experience or suggestions for this scenario?
They are good tenants that have been on the property for quite some time.
