Property manager question
I am currently stationed in Okinawa Japan but will be moving back to the states in the next 30-60 days. When I get back I would like to oversee my own property. How do I go about taking back control of my property? What is the most ethical way to do this, because honestly I do not want to screw the property manager and I want to entitle him to his fair earning since he has found the renters on the current lease. Do I need to wait until the lease is up or is the another way to go about this? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
