Sewer Pipe Cracking Concern
I had a sewer line inspection today at a property I have under contact. The scope showed a couple longitudinal cracks slightly less than 1 ft in the cast iron pipe under the foundation. The pipe also had a good bit of rust. Otherwise was clear. House is 50 years old.
Do either of these seem like concerns? Does this type of cracking in cast iron pipe raise any red flags?

I think we were all in for around $800-1500. It was when I first started my company here in CT, so I can't quite remember. It was a rookie plumber though, he gave us a GREAT deal.
