From rental to empty house

if I stop renting out house permanently and have house empty, do i have to pay depreciations back to irs since I claimed them for last 10 yrs or do I pay nothing until I sell someday?

@Andrew D Hansen If you take the property out of service as a rental and treat it as a second home (for instance), then you can stop depreciating it.
