Kansas city neighborhood question
Does anyone living or investing in the Kansas City area have any information on these two neighborhoods. I'm an out of state investor looking at a rental property in each one and would appreciate any local feedback.
The first neighborhood is Foxwood East, specifically around Myrtle and 68th Street.
The second neighborhood is Blenheim square, Specifically East Meyer boulevard and Park Ave.
