Best insurance coverage for a landlord

Hello BP!

After a few years of house hacking, I am now gearing up to purchase an out of state (multifamily) investment property (sole proprietor at this stage).

Apart from insurance to cover property damage, I plan to look into landlord insurance and possibly umbrella. Any recommendations out there on good coverage for landlords (i.e. type of insurance or insurance company)?
